Cursor et al

New Improved Cursor. Bitmaps, BDF and PCF-Font as well. The old
Cursors sucked so much it hurt, and if it hurts, hack. So I hacked the
cursors font. Looks quite nice. Sucks still. I'm waiting for a new
improved Xlib which supports 16bit xpm-animations as cursors. In fact,
the XCreatePixmapCursor() isn't. It should be called
XCreateBitmapCursor(). I hate the programmer of the X-cursor.
